He is an Executive Pastry Chef in Academy of pastry Art India. With a diploma in Pastry and Bakery, Chef Mukesh has a great line of diverse working experience with the Oberoi group of hotels, Taj group of hotels, Claridges, Hilton and Radisson on across India.

1. National Pastry Champion 2015, India organized by Indian Federation of Culinary Associations.
2. Attended workshops with World pastry Champion Ewald Notter, MOF Stephane Glacier, MOF Stephane Treand, MOF Jean Francois Arnaud, MOF Finalist Christophe Morel, Cake decorator Chef Mark seaman, Chef Nicholas lodge, Master Baker Peter Yusen & Chef Frederic Moreau.
