♦ Chef Eureka joined Academy of Pastry Arts India as an assistant pastry chef after working with the taj group of hotels as a junior sous chef at the Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur – The best hotel in the world, 2016.


♦ She graduated from the Institute of Hotel Management, Goa in 2017 and was trained in the Taj management Training program 2012-2014.


♦ She won the first place in the all Goa cake decorating competition, in 2011.


She specializes in chocolates & pralines, plated desserts, and modern French Pastries.
